Interested in Submitting a Course?

Are you a music therapist with a fully developed course—or a course idea ready to grow—looking to share your expertise with a wide audience? We’re inviting experienced professionals like you to submit courses to our marketplace and help empower others in the field.

Whether you already have a finished course or just a strong concept, we’ll make the process simple: we take care of hosting, customer support, and marketing, so you can focus on creating impactful content. We’re especially interested in courses that highlight underrepresented topics, provide practical tools, and reflect the diverse realities of clinical practice.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Completed CMTE courses ready to share

  • New course ideas you’d like to build—with support from our team

  • Content that is practical, thoughtful, and grounded in research, lived experience, and/or real-world music therapy practice

  • Instructors committed to making continuing education accessible and meaningful

  • Diverse perspectives, including presenters of various backgrounds and identities

  • For existing courses: materials that are clear, well-organized, and engaging

If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.

Here's how it works:

We Handle the Hosting & Marketing, You Focus on Teaching

1. Submit your course. Whether it’s already built or still in development, we welcome all types of content. We’re especially interested in courses that support music therapists working with adults and older adults. Every submission is reviewed by our team to ensure it meets our standards for quality, clarity, and clinical relevance.

2. We take care of the rest. From hosting to marketing to customer service, we’ll manage the logistics so you can focus on creating meaningful learning experiences.

3. Earn while you teach. Our asynchronous format makes your course available anytime, so learners can engage on their own schedule—and you can earn passive income over time. We have a fair-pay model, where 50% of course revenue is distributed to course creators based on enrollment.

The Submission Process:

1. Initial Proposal

Read our Course Quality Guidelines and fill out our Course Submission Interest Form with a few key details to introduce your course idea.

2. Review

We’ll take a look at your submission to see how it fits with our platform.

3. Approval & Course Build

If your course is accepted, we’ll guide you through the process of submitting your content and finalizing your course.

4. Launch & Promotion

Once your course is published, we’ll take care of hosting, marketing, and learner support—so you can focus on sharing your expertise.

We’d love to learn more about your course or course idea. To begin, read our Course Quality Guidelines and  fill out our interest form. Our team will review each submission to ensure it’s a good fit for our platform.

If we decide to move forward, we’ll reach out with next steps for submitting your full course.
